No, it is not mandatory! You can always shop from the site as a guest. However, we recommend subscribing to the site to make your shopping experience more enjoyable, easy, and convenient. As a registered user, you can save your favorite items, shipping addresses, credit card details for future purchases, track order history, and keep up to date with the best products and offers.

Especially if you use the Gmail service, it is important to make sure our newsletters reach your main e-mail folder and not the Promotions folder, where they’ll disappear between hundreds of marketing e-mails. If you don't want to miss out on the best updates and offers, we recommend following these steps:
• In your Promotions folder, select our newsletters’ e-mail.
• Right-click on the e-mail.
• Select the "Move to" option and move it to the Primary folder. From then on, all our newsletters will arrive in your main inbox.
You can easily recover your password from MY TERMINAL page, or by clicking on “Forgot your password”? when logging in to the site. You will then be asked to provide the e-mail with which you signed up on the site and the password recovery link will be sent to you there. You can now choose a new password.
There is a high level of security and data confidentiality on the TERMINAL site. To minimize information disclosure, we use the PCI standard and do not store our users' credit card details. Also, to increase the security of your account, we recommend that you keep your user information and password confidential and change it frequently.
• To stop receiving e-mails: Send an e-mail to support@terminalxonline.gr or unsubscribe by clicking on the link attached to the e-mails’ footer. You can also remove yourself from the mailing list by unchecking the box for receiving e-mails on your account page on the site, the same way that you registered.
• To stop receiving SMS messages: Send an e-mail to support@terminalxonline.gr providing the mobile number you want to remove from our list or reply "Remove" to the latest SMS message you received. You can also contact TERMINAL X Customer Support Center. Please note that the removal will take place within 5 business days from the moment you submit your request.
To change information such as your account’s e-mail address or name, please send us an e-mail at support@terminalxonline.gr or use the chatbot on the site. To change your delivery address or to add a new one, you can do so on MY TERMINAL page, by choosing “My Addresses”. From there, you can either Edit, Delete or Add a new delivery address.
• To place an order, log in or register to the site by clicking on the "Log In" button in the upper right corner of the screen or on the “Log In” section on the site’s footer. You'll then be asked to type in your username and password, register as a new user, or make a purchase as a guest.
• Now you can browse the website and find all the fashion items you like.
• Found the item you are interested in buying? Choose the color and size that suits you.
• Add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
• To add more products, you can click on the “Continue Shopping” option on the top left of the screen.
• To proceed to checkout, go to your shopping cart by clicking on your suitcase at the top right of the screen, where you can see all the items you've added.
• To pay, click on the "Proceed to Payment" button. On the payment screen, you’ll need to enter the shipping address, fill in your credit card details and choose your preferred delivery and payment method. After filling in all the details, click on the "Payment" button and we will start preparing your order.
• After the payment of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
• When your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail.
Yes, you can. We highly prioritize your privacy, so we wouldn’t recommend deleting your account. A deleted account ceases to exist and cannot be reactivated. That's why we recommend saving your order numbers and any other important details before deleting your account. However, if you still want to delete your account, you can contact our Customer Support Center via e-mail at support@terminalxonline.gr or using the chatbot on the website.

The time we need to deliver your package to your doorstep depends on your location. You can check our Shipping Policy here. >> https://www.terminalxonline.gr/en/pages/shipping After entering your postal code during the payment process, you will be given the available delivery options and an estimated delivery time.
If you happen not to be home when your order arrives, don’t worry. You will receive an SMS stating that our courier team attempted to deliver your package at your address but did not manage to find you. Then, we will try again to deliver the package.
We always deliver at your door, from within a few hours* and up to 7 business days, depending on your location. When ordering, you can choose to pay with a credit or debit card, with Apple Pay or PayPal, or with cash or credit card on delivery.
If you made a purchase but changed your mind, that’s okay. You can return your products free of charge, up to 14 business days from when you received your order. Please note that returns of products for which no prior return request has been made will not be accepted.
Yes. There are some items that cannot be returned; lingerie and swimsuits (this refers to all types and parts of the swimsuit) cannot be returned. When carrying out the purchase process, it will be indicated that these items are non-returnable.
A single item purchased as part of a kit or set cannot be returned. If you wish, you can only return the entire set with all its parts.
If you request to return some items, the courier will pick them up as soon as possible. Please note that we might need more time for remote localities.
Upon the arrival of each package at our logistics center, the items undergo a process of absorption and assessment. When this process is completed and all products are in good condition, the credit will be returned within 14 business days. You will also receive an e-mail update about the credit.
You can return your items for free within 14 business days from the day you received your order. It is important to make sure that you have made all returns you want for the items you ordered, using the return sticker you received inside the package. If you want to re-print the return sticker, please contact our customer service via e-mail at support@terminalxonline.gr or using the chatbot on the website, and we will send it to you.

For our customers’ maximum convenience, we offer several payment options you can choose from, including Cash-On-Delivery service, VISA, MasterCard, Diners, Discover, JCB and AMEX Debit and Credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal. We also provide the cash on delivery service, where you can pay at your door with either cash or credit card when receiving the product.
If your payment was declined during the purchase process, we either found no available balance in your credit card, or the credit card you tried to use was not compatible with our system. You will then receive an e-mail stating your payment was declined and that you did not get charged. If you don’t, or if the issue is none of the above, please contact us via e-mail at support@terminalxonline.gr or using the chatbot on the website.
If the amount of the refund you received does not correspond to your order’s total, please contact our Customer Support Center via e-mail at support@terminalxonline.gr or using the chatbot on the website.
If you would like to receive a refund but the credit card with which you paid for the order is no longer available, please contact us at support@terminalxonline.gr .
